The regulations state that one must wear knee-length shorts and a shirt that covers the shoulders in order to be weighed (applicable in Ju-Jutsu for Ne-Waza and Fighting, both nationally and internationally). We recommend Set S for individuals up to 70 kg or 160 cm tall, and Set L for those up to 94 kg or 190 cm tall. The set comes in a practical mesh bag with a zipper. Weight of Set S: Shirt approximately 100 grams, Shorts approximately 90 grams; Weight of Set L: Shirt approximately 115 grams, Shorts approximately 95 grams.
