Ironmaster Ultimate Row Handle

The new Ironmaster Ultimate Row Handle (IM3100) is a proprietary design that provides the power of many different types of rowing bar exercises in one. Not only a great heavy-end barbell row handle, but it also works great with cable systems for lat pulls. The double adjustable handles offer standard or neutral grips in many different widths. This accessory is for the Smith Machine IM1500, IM2000 and for the Cable Tower. The heavy duty handle is designed for use with a 50mm diameter Olympic barbell. We recommend placing the handle on the barbell first and then adding weight plates. The handles can be adjusted narrower or wider for different muscle activation, with standard or neutral grip options. The 15-degree angle of the square bar puts the handles at the ideal angle and provides good mobility. For cable training, there is a hook connection in the middle of the bar.
