The system is suitable for larger, heavy baits that require a special fixation of the dead bait fish. The loop is placed around the base of the bait fish's tail and then secured with the eye of the treble hook by simply pulling it over the loop and hooking it into the bait. After that, the treble hook can be attached to the end of the leader line. Of course, this setup also works in the other direction. In that case, the loop is placed over the head, ideally behind the gills of the bait fish, and secured with the treble hook as described above. The Prey Provider Sling System size 1 is suitable for bait fish sizes of approximately 15 - 20 cm, while the Prey Provider Sling System size 1/0 is suitable for bait fish sizes of approximately 18 - 23 cm.
