The HORKA B-Safe junior body protection vest is a comfortable safety vest for children. The HORKA B-Safe body protector is rated at Level 3 and has been tested and approved by Critt Sport in Chatellerault, France. This is one of the testing institutes designated by the European Union to test and certify products according to applicable safety standards.
