HOKA pays attention to using recycled materials in the production of this extremely comfortable shoe: the EVA midsole contains 30% sugarcane, and the Vibram® EcoStep Natural outsole is made from 90% petroleum-free components. The leather used is sourced from a tannery with a Gold Rating from the Leather Working Group.
