The innovative Bondi 7 features the most cushioning among HOKA's road shoes, providing a comfortable and balanced running experience over any distance. It has the same full-length EVA midsole, breathable mesh upper, and signature Meta-Rocker technology as its predecessor, but has been enhanced with an incredibly soft collar. This collar is made from ultra-soft memory foam and is also suitable for narrower heels. It comfortably adapts to various ankle shapes and supports the Achilles tendon. Undoubtedly, the Bondi 7 will accompany you through thick and thin.

Upper: Open mesh construction for optimized breathability. The two-component foam envelops the ankle in cozy softness. TPU support overlays provide a supportive midfoot structure and support. The internal heel cap support ensures a snug fit.

Midsole: Compression-molded EVA midsole throughout. Refined Early Meta-Rocker for a smooth running feel.

Outsole: Heel bevel for a smooth transition and optimal durability. Rubber outsole for even less weight.
