The grey yoga ball is made of space-saving PVC and measures 65 cm x 65 cm x 65 cm. Additional protection is provided by the black cotton and linen cover supplied, which is pleasant to the touch, has a concealed zip and protects the ball from stains. A practical handle on the linen cover makes it easy to carry by hand. The cover can be completely removed and washed - ideal if you regularly use the ball at your desk. The fitness ball is suitable for people weighing up to 150 kg and is perfect for people between 165 cm and 178 cm tall, allowing you to sit ergonomically at a 90° angle and keep your spine naturally upright. The yoga ball offers numerous training options: Planks, hamstring curls, V-sits, crunches, balance exercises or a gentle core workout. You train your abdomen, back, arms, legs, buttocks and core while improving coordination and stability. The sitting ball is supplied uninflated; a pump, two plugs and a plug lifter are included. To prevent the ball from rolling away, you can ideally combine it with the ball ring.
