These gloves can be hand washed. Simply lather with a mild soap, such as hand soap or dishwashing liquid, and then rinse thoroughly in cold water. Lay them on a towel and pat them to remove as much water as possible without wringing. Allow them to air dry by either laying them flat or hanging them up to dry. Be sure to keep them out of direct sunlight, as UV rays can damage the gloves. Wash them as often as you like. It’s best to let all strength training gloves dry completely between uses.
