Product details
Classic, straightforward trekking boot with noble leather lining. Highly comfortable to wear due to fast moisture absorption and natural wearing comfort. Hand-pulled, all-round gravel protection protects the upper material from wear and stabilizes the shoe shape. Fewer seams reduce the risk of potential pressure points and seam wear. Although it looks simple, it is difficult and expensive to produce. The shock absorption in the sales area is enhanced by the Air Pulse System, which allows air exchange through pumping movements in and on the upper, creating a better climate in the shoe.
The boot features a crampon-resistant sole and support at the heel for crampons with toggle-joint but without a front bar, making it ideal for all-round use in the mountains, easy climbing, firn fields, and glacier crossings. The deep pull lacing ensures the shoe is perfectly fixed in the ankle area.
The Vibram Fuora is a long trekking sole with medium-hard stiffening and brake studs in the center of the tread. It includes polyurethane step cushioning with anti-supination and overpronation zones that support and stabilize rolling. The ladies' version has a higher cut.
Terracare Zero features high-quality cowhide leather from Germany, with a tanning process carried out according to strict ecological specifications, compensating for the entire CO2 emission.
Category B indicates a firm hold with a solid but flexing sole for trekking and hiking. Weight per pair is 1620 g. The size is normal with a normal cut. Details include brake studs in the middle of the profile, PU shock absorption, stabilizing and roll-supporting anti-supination and overpronation zones, a blade cut with few seams, and a high-cut upper outdoor shoe.
