A polyurethane foam wedge approximately 1.5 millimeters thick in the midsole ensures a smoother rolling motion, noticeably better cushioning, and increases comfort during long walks. The Banks is ideal for demanding hikes in the low mountain ranges and foothills, as well as for light hut trails without heavy luggage. The GORE-TEX lining keeps the feet reliably dry.
