You can secure the child in the seat with one hand. The additional chest buckle allows you to fasten the child with one hand while holding the bike with the other. The chest buckle does not interfere with the safety helmet when placing or lifting the child in and out of the bike seat.

Adjustable safety harness and footrests. All Hamax bike child seats are designed to "grow" with the child; they come with an adjustable safety harness and footrests. The bike child seat can be easily attached and removed from the bike. With an additional bracket, you can conveniently transfer the child seat from one bike to another.
