Gymstick Original 2.0

Resistance: Extra strong. The Gymstick Resistance Trainer 2.0 is a 130 cm long fiberglass rod with a padded grip area. At each end, there are resistance bands with foot loops. For fitness training, the original Gymstick is available in the colors Green (light), Blue (medium), Black (strong), Silver (extra strong), and Gold (maximum strong). Depending on the rod version and fitness exercise, resistance levels of 1-30 kg can be achieved. In addition to the original Gymstick and resistance tubes, the package includes a fitness workout poster, a link for online training, and a carrying bag for space-saving storage. New feature: Thanks to the Quick Lock mechanism, the fiberglass rod can be disassembled into 2 parts.
