The Gym Generation weightlifting belt, made of durable neoprene rubber, is ideal for weight training with heavy weights. The padded back section in the lumbar area supports the spine during heavy weight lifting, such as squats, power lifting, and deadlifts.
Size adjustable with velcro fastener.
Materials: 85% neoprene rubber, 10% nylon, 5% metal.
Size S: 80 - 86 cm circumference
Size M: 89 - 98 cm circumference
Size L: 98 - 108 cm circumference
Size XL: 102 - 115 cm circumference.
