They are stable, quick to assemble, only 80 centimeters long, and allow for a variety of exercises. The wall bars provide versatile options for an effective full-body workout: at different difficulty levels, using your own body weight or with the additional use of weight cuffs. Made from stable, painted pine wood with a smooth surface. The coating offers extra protection against moisture. Diameter of the 10 individual rungs: 33 mm. Distance between the rungs is 20 cm (measured from the center of the rung). Maximum load capacity: 100 kg. Easy assembly and simple cleaning. Suitable for a variety of exercises: strengthening the core, abdominal, and arm muscles. Screws for wall mounting are not included.
