In-Mold polycarbonate shell with EPS liner: In In-Mold construction, a strong outer shell made of polycarbonate is fused with the impact-absorbing foam padding of the helmet. This fusion process allows for better ventilation systems, making In-Mold helmets lighter and cooler than traditional helmets.
