MIPS Spherical is a revised version of the MIPS Brain Protection System that eliminates the plastic sliding surface of the original MIPS design.

The Roc Loc Air System sets a new benchmark for adjustment systems. The adjustment mechanism is housed in a mini casing, and size adjustments can be made easily in micro-steps with two fingers. Additionally, the system can be height-adjusted to ensure a perfect fit of the helmet.

In-Mold construction involves bonding the robust polycarbonate outer shell to the impact-absorbing EPS inner shell during the foaming process in one step. This makes the helmet more resilient without adding extra weight. This production process also allows for significantly better ventilation systems and vents to be shaped. Compared to traditional helmets, In-Mold helmets are therefore lighter and have significantly better ventilation systems.
