To create a shoe that can handle long distances and challenging terrain, we started with an ultralight Monofilament Synchwire™ mesh upper that feels like a second skin and then added thermally welded TPU for additional structural support and resistance to gravel and dirt. Quick, intuitive adjustments are provided by two BOA L6 dials, steel lacing, and soft lace guides, allowing for a precise fit with even pressure distribution to ensure comfort with every pedal stroke. Finally, the advanced carbon composite plate ensures efficient power transfer and a responsive feel on the pedals while also allowing for 5 mm of adjustment for optimal cleat positioning.
