The Latch™ has been designed to create the best possible connection between you and the flat pedal, especially when the trail gets fast and rough. We started with a new fit that brings the foot closer to the pedal and flattens the sole profile, optimizing the contact area between the sole and the pedal. Then, we collaborated with a team of rubber developers to create Tack™ Rubber, a highly elastic blend that combines grip and durability in our new Gamma profile design. The heart of the shoe is the Mute™ Foam, a midsole foam specially developed with a slow rebound characteristic that reduces jarring and vibrations, ensuring that you stay connected to the pedal regardless of ruts, roots, and rocks. The unique combination of fit, a quick-drying microfiber upper, the grip of Tack Rubber, and the cushioning of Mute Foam makes the Latch a new benchmark for flat pedal performance.
