They are equipped with multi-layer, impact-absorbing body-mapped pads that effectively shield the shins from impacts. The protective effect of the guards is certified according to EN 13061:2009 for shin guards for soccer players. For easier on and off or to machine wash the breathable Lycra-mesh guards, the insert pads can be easily removed.
