This foldable foam exercise mat is ideal for trekking tours or bivouacs. It offers good comfort at a very low weight and is easy to transport. Weighing just 370 grammes, it is hardly noticeable in your rucksack. The mat is 180 cm long and 55 cm wide, with a thickness of 20 mm. It is made of 100 % foamed polyethylene and should be dried after use. This sleeping mat comes with a ten-year guarantee.
