Flowin Physio

Flowin Friction Training represents a training concept based on the interplay of two physical components: gravitational force and friction. The sophisticated friction behavior between the Flowin training platform and the Flowin pads ensures a blend of stability and gliding ability, creating a unique training stimulus. Depending on the execution of the movements, the training intensity can be adjusted for beginners to advanced users. Friction Training offers an innovative solution, particularly for core training, as well as strength and coordination training.

Flowin Physio is smaller than the other Flowin mats, making it ideal for use on a rehabilitation bench or in limited spaces. Flowin Physio is modeled after its "big brother," the Flowin Pro Science Friction, and features the same coordinate system for accurately determining the direction and execution of movements performed on the mat. This allows for tracking and measuring training progress over time.
