Instead, the new Decos embodies fizik's famous minimalist design to perfection. For these shoes, we focused on the essentials to deliver the pure road cycling experience you expect from fizik – from epic mountain stages to granfondos and beyond.

Simply supportive
The sleek upper is made from a durable, polyurethane-laminated material that is crafted over a comfortable mesh. This reduces stretch and provides lasting support exactly where it is needed most. The fit is practical and can be quickly and precisely adjusted thanks to a single, bidirectional Li2 BOA® dial.

R3 outsole
The Tempo Decos Carbon also features a completely new outsole, the R3, which saves weight with a revised carbon fiber construction and new design without sacrificing stiffness. With an index of 10, the R3 is a very stiff outsole for optimal power transfer. Two wide ventilation openings and deep internal channels ensure cooling airflow and support temperature management. In line with current bike fitting trends, the R3 outsole offers a recessed cleat positioning, like all current fizik models, to optimize pedal efficiency and reduce knee strain – especially suitable for very aggressive, forward-oriented aero positions.
