Narrow V-Grip for Cable Machine – Compact Grip for Bicep and Tricep Exercises

This V-grip with a narrow width is suitable for various pulling exercises on the cable machine, particularly focusing on the triceps. The angled arrangement of the grip surfaces allows for a natural hand position and supports a clean execution of movements in exercises such as pushdowns, close-grip rows, or hammer curls.
