Product details

The Hi-End Speed Jump Rope has been specifically designed for intense training and competitions. The sturdy aluminum handles (16 cm) with integrated steel pins and high-quality 360° ball bearings ensure fast, smooth rotation during speed and double-under exercises. The thin, plastic-coated steel cable (2.5 mm diameter, 3 m length) is flexible yet extremely durable. The cable length can be easily and individually adjusted with a screw. For better swing, we recommend cutting off any excess wire.
