Product details

The Ergo Speed Rope is a particularly hard-wearing skipping rope designed for use in competitive sports. Thanks to ergonomically shaped handles with integrated steel pins and high-quality ball bearings, this skipping rope fulfils all requirements for optimal speed or double-under training. 360° swivel joints at the ends of the handles ensure fast and even rotation and adapt perfectly to the swing angle of the rope. The 2.5 cm thin, plastic-coated wire rope provides the necessary lightness and is nevertheless robust. The rope length of 3 m (suitable up to a body height of 2 m) can be easily adjusted by hand using the adjustable end screws.Ergonomic handles with integrated steel pinsAdditional weight in handle (can be removed if required.) for even more comfortable trainingHigh-quality 360° swivel joints (3D ball bearings) for a perfect swingRope length 3 m (up to body height 2 m)Highly flexible plastic-coated steel rope (thickness: 2.5mm)Adjustable length (adjustable with screws)For a better swing, we recommend cutting off the excess wire.
