The recovery program enables you to see your individual fitness score after each workout. Simply measure your pulse after training, and in a short time, you'll receive your score from 1 to 6. It's a great challenge to monitor yourself and continuously improve step by step.

The heart of the Fly RX is the touchscreen console with 21 training programs. Choose from 12 hill and valley profiles for your route and get started! Of course, you can also create your own routes to make your training even more personalized.

With the touchscreen, programs can be selected quickly and easily. Four users can register on the computer, so you don't have to re-enter your data, such as age, weight, etc., every time.
