Design: Vertical spiral Ferrox fine motor trainer for mobilization and maintenance. The fine motor trainers from Ferrox consist of a sturdy plywood plate on which a spiral is mounted. A plastic cylinder is movably attached to the steel spiral. Different motor skills are required to move the hollow plastic cylinder on the metal spiral of the training device. The aim is to train everyday movements, for example, when mobilizing after a stroke.
