Ergonomics, functionality, haptics, and sustainability – the Ergon grip with the best customer feedback! The grip body for the GP1 BioCork grip is made from 40% biocork. The material comes from biologically certified cultivation in Portugal and meets strict ecological guidelines. All parts of the grip are consistently manufactured with a focus on ecological sustainability. The BioCork grip is the result of the Ergon initiative "GreenLab." This initiative places strong emphasis on Ergon's development with the goal of combining ergonomics, performance, and ecology in products. It was launched by Ergon in 2010 and has led to numerous product innovations, from biocompostable packaging to bio grip compounds and the use of plant-based leather from Allgäu organic cows.
