Every light is designed to remind you to take a sip of water. It lights up to remind you to drink. It syncs via Bluetooth with an EQUA drinking app on your phone. The app calculates your daily water needs based on your personal parameters and tracks your total water intake. The double-walled, vacuum-insulated stainless steel water bottle has a capacity of 680 ml. It is made from high-quality stainless steel and provides excellent thermal protection to keep your drink cold for 24 hours or hot for up to 12 hours.
