This makes them not only environmentally friendly but also particularly durable. Weighing a total of 600 g, the push-up grips are equipped with a rubber coating on the underside, which provides exceptional stability. This allows athletes with a maximum user weight of 250 kg to train without slipping. The 10 cm height increase makes training with the grips more effective, enabling deeper push-ups.
