If you prefer to keep your hands free, that's no problem either: the pole is adjustable in height from 115 to 135 cm, so you can flexibly adapt it to your needs. With a simple push-button mechanism, it can be quickly folded down to a minimal size, allowing you to attach it to your backpack when you don't need it.

The EVA grip extension provides optimal hold, and the handle feels comfortable in your hand even during sweaty climbs. The breathable strap adds extra lightness and comfort.
