The ankle-high mountain shoe offers optimal protection for your feet and impresses with its low weight and comfortable fit. Additionally, the Transalper is very robust and stable, making it your reliable companion even in challenging terrain. The TPU toe cap protects your foot from rocks and impacts and prevents quick wear of the material through scratches. The sophisticated construction in the forefoot area, combined with the quick lacing system, provides optimal support and a precise fit without constriction. Thanks to an additional hook on the shaft, the shoe can be tightened more for climbing passages, ensuring even more stability during fast and secure climbing. The proven Heel Preloader, a diagonal reinforcement at the heel, ensures a firm and secure hold at the back of the foot.

The Vibram® sole with Climbing Zone boasts a balanced ratio of grip and traction, offering perfect hold on both rocks and soft ground, as well as a dynamic range of motion. To prevent the laces from becoming a tripping hazard, they can be stored in an elastic flap. The Transalper is complemented by a lightweight Ortholite® insole made with 98 percent recycled content, providing maximum energy return in the forefoot area. The U-shaped design of the rear footbed guarantees more stability during rapid descents.
