The lightweight Speed Insulation Hooded Jacket features quilted chambers on the body and smooth sleeves, mimicking the structure of down while relying on an innovative filling made from 100% recycled synthetic fibers as well as high-performance PrimaLoft® Gold insulation in the sleeves. The advantage of synthetic insulation compared to down is that it is significantly easier to care for and less sensitive to moisture, making it ideal for a wide range of uses. This makes it the perfect choice for fast mountain and ski tours, for an extended summit break, or as a warming mid-layer on particularly cold days. Thanks to the wind- and water-repellent outer material, the jacket can also be easily worn as an outer layer in windy and changeable conditions.
