The active Polartec Alpha Direct insulation made from 100% recycled materials has an open construction that releases moisture and excess body heat. The fibres of the insulation are attached to a solid mesh core, so no reinforcement fabric is required on the inside of the jacket. This saves weight and ensures a soft and cosy feel against the skin. The wind-repellent nylon outer material with its PFC-free DWR treatment offers protection in light rain. And with its woven fleece fabric inserts on the sides, the jacket offers great freedom of movement and excellent moisture management. Elasticated materials at the cuffs, hood and hem ensure that the jacket fits well with every movement. A chest pocket and two additional front pockets round off the package.
