The shell is made from a high-performance material blend of Grilamid and carbon fibre, while the pure carbon shaft guarantees the best possible stiffness. With the newly developed Race Lock system, you can switch between ski and walk mode with a flick of the wrist. The system consists of a lever on the back of the shaft, which is connected to the shaft via a cable system and opens or closes the shaft when it is turned down. A patent-pending hook-lock system secures the shaft in the desired position with a "click" in a matter of seconds. Combined with the revolutionary Twist Fit System for optimal heel fit and forefoot hold, they give the DNA Boot a new level of stiffness and downhill performance. So you can get the best out of yourself downhill.

With a freedom of movement of +/- 60 degrees of shaft rotation to the front and back, top athletes are efficient and energy-saving on the ascent. To match this, the DNA is equipped with a bikini liner reduced to the minimum. With its ultra-lightweight 110 grams, the liner precisely encloses the foot, fits like a second sock and thus supports optimal control on fast descents. The liner is thermoformable and can be adjusted to the exact shape of your foot for a perfect fit without pressure points or fatigue on long tours.

The DNA shoe is completely developed and manufactured in Italy. The main components of the shoe are connected via screws. This means you can replace individual parts if necessary.
