Product details
The replica of the legendary pedal. The EVH Wah Wah is the newest member of the EVH Signature Series and was developed in close collaboration with Eddie Van Halen himself. At the beginning of the development, Eddie entrusted the Dunlop developers with his holy grail - a standard Crybaby that was modified in the early 90s with a high Q inductor and a wider frequency sweep to deliver a more vocal-like sound. In analyzing the pedal, Dunlop found that Eddie's use of the pedal (he primarily utilizes the mid-range of the pedal's travel) over the years has influenced the function of the potentiometer, thereby affecting the character of the wah effect.
The replica of the legendary pedal comes with a specially "tuned" potentiometer and a hand-selected coil, providing exactly the performance that Eddie enjoys with his original. A true bypass with LED indicator ensures that the pedal can be completely removed from the signal path. And of course, the finish of the wah is pure Eddie.
Overview: Dunlop EVH-95 Wah Wah, a wah wah pedal developed according to Eddie Van Halen's specifications, Eddie Van Halen's custom striped design, hand-selected coil, true bypass, operates with a 9V battery or Dunlop ECB-003 AC adapter (not included), made in the USA.
