This replacement lever with a 6 mm inner hex is compatible with all DT Swiss RWS Plug In thru-axles and, of course, with other thru-axles featuring a 6 mm inner hex. The patented RWS wheel fastening system from DT Swiss is stiff, secure, and easy to use. The Plug In version offers all the advantages of tool-free installation of the thru-axle, if desired. For those who prefer the clean look of a screw axle, simply detach the lever unit and store it in a backpack or leave it at home. The axle features a 6 mm hex that can be operated with any standard tool. The lever unit also has a 6 mm hex, which can naturally be used as a mini-tool on the go.
