To choose the right size, measure your thigh circumference 8 cm above the knee (from the center of the kneecap):

2XS = 30–33 cm (suitable for children)
XS = 33–36 cm (suitable for children)
S = 36–39 cm
M = 39–43 cm
L = 43–47 cm
XL = 47–51 cm
