Start at your own pace! For your initial exercises, place your board on an exercise mat and stand next to a wall or hold onto a stick. These supports will boost your confidence. As you progress through your training, you can gradually detach from these supports and be surprised at how quickly you improve. Once you feel secure, you can start varying the exercises to increase the challenge.
