The Compact Med Pouch Horizontal in black is a modern concept for one of the most essential parts of your gear. Made from Cordura 500D, 210D nylon, and laser-cut laminate, this first aid pouch is designed to be worn on the back of the belt. It is perfect for the HORNET Skeletonized Belt Sleeve but can also be attached via paracord loops to any MOLLE/PALS-compatible platform or to a belt up to 45 mm wide.

The pouch accommodates most common first aid kits needed during an operation. Medical supplies are secured with elastic loops. The minimalist, ambidextrous design with a Hypalon handle can be operated with one hand. At the top of the pouch, there is a wide elastic loop for carrying a tourniquet, while a shear pocket can be attached to the back of the pouch. The Velcro closure labeled MED allows for quick identification of the pouch.
