PureGrip - the outstanding mixture technology. Based on the activated silica compound, a targeted effort has been made to develop a mixture technology in the performance segment. The result from the Korbach research and development department, after intensive development efforts, is a new mixture technology with excellent grip and durability properties. The new rubber compound, aptly named "PureGrip," is positioned behind the BlackChili compound and is used in performance products for the Race and Mountainbike segments. It provides long-lasting traction and high mileage for Continental tires, which are exclusively manufactured at the production facility in Hefei. The low profile offers good conditions for frequent riders who know their craft. It features low rolling resistance, a voluminous casing, and very good self-damping. Tubeless-Ready.
