Thicker-than-average 3D.Dots on the lower leg and ankle absorb maximum shock and vibration from the ground, reducing pain. In the midfoot and forefoot, more 3D.Dots stimulate circulation and increase grip in the shoe, while an all-around arch support prevents twisting of the material and increases stability. Reduced foot movement combined with optimized sweat wicking not only improves comfort, but also contributes to fewer blisters and rough skin during long runs.
