Made from Bio-TPU, a sustainably sourced thermoplastic polyurethane, the frame of the glasses is 100% recyclable and biodegradable. The natural material is UV-resistant, sweat-resistant, extremely flexible, highly shock-absorbent, and durable. The interchangeable lenses of the Nita2 sports glasses are made from impact-resistant polycarbonate and feature an anti-scratch coating. Nose and temple tips made from Ultra-Grip rubber keep the glasses secure even in the toughest conditions. The name is derived from Nita Lake near Whistler. Facts about the Bio-TPU material: Bio-TPU is derived from renewable resources and has a recycling content of 48%. Bio-TPU is a more environmentally friendly alternative to conventional petroleum-based TPU while providing the qualities and characteristics needed to tackle the toughest trails and conditions.
