The one-sided attachable business bag features a comfortable rubberized carrying handle. The flap with ear flaps protects the contents from rain. The reinforced back wall and bottom insert provide shape stability. It closes with snap buckles and attaches to the side of the luggage rack with plastic hooks. Secured with Velcro. 3M reflective strips ensure visibility. The bag is the ideal size for a binder and other office supplies. Hooks.
