Product details
It is the ideal compromise between portability. With this opening, for example, globular clusters are already partially resolved, and under dark skies, galaxies and nebulae are clearly visible. Near urban areas, nebula filters such as the Baader Planetarium UHC-S or OIII help to reduce the light pollution from cities. The telescope has the standard 1.25" connection used in astronomy, allowing for the use of all common 1.25" eyepieces (diameter: 31.7 mm). It is particularly comfortable when used with the Baader Planetarium Q-Turret eyepiece revolver, which covers all sensible magnifications and allows for quick changes between different magnifications. The tube features the standard SC thread of large Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes, enabling a wide range of accessories to be attached. Through the optional Baader Planetarium 2"-SC Clicklock, 2" accessories can also be directly connected, allowing for the use of long focal length eyepieces with a larger field of view.
