The people at Castelli have never been satisfied with the conventional nylon/lycra construction of most seamless undershirts, which tend to absorb a lot of moisture. That's why this Core Seamless Base Layer was developed with a blend of polyester and polypropylene that hardly absorbs moisture when transferring it away from the body. The material is soft against the skin and offers excellent temperature regulation in mild conditions. It is not suitable for hot temperatures but works well as a base layer even in cooler temperatures. The seamless construction ensures an extra comfortable feel against the skin.
