With 3D-HexaGuard technology, we are bringing an innovation to the camping kitchen that combines the advantages of a non-stick coating with the frying experience and scratch protection of full stainless steel pans. Thanks to a raised stainless steel honeycomb structure, metal utensils and scrapers can be used carefree when cooking. During transport, other crockery or pots can be stacked in the pan without causing damage. As the Xylon non-stick coating is 0.2 mm deeper than the honeycomb structure, direct contact with the food continues to be guaranteed, allowing perfect, hot searing without burning. The honeycombs are open and form small channels with the OilFlow channels, through which oil, fat or butter can be evenly distributed. The pan has a folding handle with safety lock for space-saving transport and stable, safe handling. The Enzo HexaGuard pan has the same DNA as the rest of the Enzo family: 18/8 stainless steel in industrial kitchen quality, a 3-layer ProCore with aluminium core for even and rapid heat distribution and suitability for all types of cookers, including induction. No more camping without fried eggs, pancakes, fried potatoes or steak.
