The pressure on the genital area from saddles has been a topic of discussion for years. Plastic saddles are now available that aim to relieve pressure on sensitive areas. Mr. Brooks developed the Imperial in 1890, which was produced until 1950. Where there is nothing, there can be no pressure. Accordingly, the leather saddle is cut differently for the women's and men's models.
