Sweet Iron bits are made of blue steel and develop a sweet-tasting surface rust when they come into contact with saliva. This sweet taste stimulates saliva flow, encouraging the horse to produce more foam in its mouth and accept the bit better. The anatomical design conforms to the shape of the horse's mouth, creating a gentle and even distribution of pressure. In a double-jointed ring bit, the canon consists of three parts. The middle part of the canon lies flat on the tongue, exerting more pressure on the tongue than a single-jointed bit. The thicker the middle part, the greater the pressure on the tongue. Maintenance:
