The Body-Solid Weight Sled GWS-100 is compact enough to fit in a gym, at home, or in the garage, while being robust enough to withstand use in commercial facilities. Thanks to its extremely sturdy steel frame construction, training with heavier weights is made possible. Vertical and horizontal hand posts provide multiple different grip positions for pushing and pulling on both sides. Along with the center post, the three removable vertical posts also serve as attachments for the training weights. With several attachment anchors, almost any vest or belt can be attached, giving this sled versatility.
